Tropical Green Smoothie

Tropical Green Smoothie (2 serves in 2 minutes)


  • ½ cup Ayams light coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple (fresh is better of course!)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 cup of water (or coconut water if you like it sweeter)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree for one minute till smooth. This is a great all-rounder – great for the gut (fibre), heart (potassium), immune system (Vitamin C, iron), energy levels (carbohydrates, iron) and neural function (Vitamin B6).
