When designing your programme, we take the SMART approach to your fitness goals, ensuring that your training programme is:

Our version of DIY Personal Training! If you already have a gym membership but need some help structuring your workout to achieve your goals – we can help!

  • Options of 2-, 3- or 4-day programmes available.
  • To get the best out of this system (and avoid boredom) we recommend updating your programme every 4-6 weeks.
  • Please also book in a single PT sessions at the start of each programme so that your trainer can go through the details and make any necessary modifications.

Training for a specific event or improving your sport performance. We can design a periodised training programme that focuses on specific training phases such as strength, endurance, and/or speed for your particular activity.

Before we start

Before we design your individual programme, we’ll gather some personal information about you, like your age, your reason for getting fit, any current or past injuries or health problems, your current activities, and what facilities to train you have available to you. We can then determine what aspects of fitness you need to improve, depending on your goals – strength, power, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance or strength endurance. We will establish which tests to use to monitor your progress, then prepare your programme and conduct ongoing evaluations every four weeks.

To see any real benefits, we encourage you to continue your programme for at least 12 to 16 weeks, and we recommend that at a minimum, one personal training session is required to coach you through your four-week programme to ensure you stay on track.
